Create
Using the information garnered in the earlier steps it’s now time to create the materials that will deliver your value-based message. This will include tweaking old materials that still have some use, creating new assets, and getting rid of anything too far gone to help people understand why they should choose you.
Training
This next step is crucial to the success of this program. Anyone who relates with prospects or customers needs to be trained in the new messaging and new assets that have been created.
